New Currency

As a product designer and upcoming architect, I was invited by MazenettQuiroga to collaborate on this project for a „Kunst am Bau“ competition they were invited to participate in.

Inspired by scenarios from science fiction movies, Mazenett Quiroga’s site-specific installation serves as both a mystical and meditative experience and a gathering space.

By creating an immersive experience within a kitchen-lab space, the work prompts reflection on the role of certain seeds in the current financial system. It aims to reframe complex questions regarding the colonial histories associated with some seeds.
